    The food's alright, but the place was downright dirty. Liquid on the floor, the station for ketchup was out of BBQ sauce and serviettes, whereas people have put trash where the serviettes used to be. Really unclean floors as well as tables. Someone at management should have a better look at keeping the restaurant at minimum decent level in terms of cleanliness. I felt a bit dirty afterwards. Please sort this out, it's a brand new restaurant. :(Unfortunately we had to wait just south of half an hour for our big macs, I think this was just bad luck, but still.On a side note, I love the wireless chargers on each table.Parking: Park across the Tesco car Park if full. The amount of spaces are limited.

    Update, several months on.....Really, just don't bother? - place is filthy, food all over tables, chairs & the floor, looks like it never gets cleaned as it's / open.Staffed by zombies who have zero enthusiasm or customer service skills - guessing as they're mostly young it's a fill on job & they don't want to be there.Also though food is possibly one of the worst from a Ronnie's I've had! Orders come out wrong, take an age & as a consequence when you do get it not only does it look like it's been thrown together from yards it's cold.... Appreciate it's just a McDonald's, but it doesn't & shouldn't be like this? - I do use them all over the country in my travels for work from time to time & some of them are actually pretty good,Don't get why people go there, if everyone boycotted it they may sort it out? Shame as it's in a really good strategic location (but I guess that's why it's still busy despite the 'issues' & plethora of poor reviewsCome on McDonald's, audit your outlets regularly & kick the non performers into touch.______________It's a Ronnys - what more can you say or expect. That said the staff there are epic, really efficient & friendly. Food etc as you'd expect really

    First visit to the restaurant at Winnall Winchester.Opened November .This McDonald's has all of the facilities.Parking, Drive through and outside seating / tables.Inside restaurant and toilets were spotless.Quite busy, food arrived quickly and was hot.Two minutes from Tesco, easy access by foot. Alternatively park in McDonalds and then continue onto Tesco.

    Been to this store a couple of times since it's been open, both quite late in the evening so hasn't been very busy.On the first occasion used the drive thru to which I waited about minuets to order when nobody was waiting then waiting another minuets for food which was the wrong order, so had to go back around and wait another minuets to get given the correct order.Second occasion sat in store and ate which took about half an hour for them to prepare my food when again wasn't busy must of been about people in the store, all the tables where covered in food, the floor didn't look like it had been cleaned in months.There was sticky liquid on the floor and loose food items, every single bin was full and to top it off asked for the simplest of sauces and they said they where out of them.
